For the first time ever, the Indianapolis Speedway–which can fit 450,000 people inside–was completely sold out; including suites, seats, and infield standing room.

COED Media Group partnered with the Verizon IndyCar series to document the atmosphere and craziness that surround IndyCar races.

We spoke to all the Verizon IndyCar Series racers, the Brickyard (the nickname for the Indianapolis Speedway) legends who returned for the big day, and even got to ride with the one and only Mario Andretti around the track.

INDY 500: No Chocolate Milk — A COED Investigation

Andrea Feczko commands the COED mic while asking some very serious questions. Specifically, why chocolate isn’t an option in the traditional drinking of milk by the winner at the biggest event of the IndyCar Series season.

Andrea finds out while talking to some of the biggest names in racing. And while Mario Andretti explains that milk will never taste better, many other racers have been denied their personal choice of a winning beverage. Andrea takes these racer’s woes to Deb Osza of the American Dairy Association of Indiana — while fighting for racers like Will Power, Dario Franchitti, and Juan Pablo Montoya.
